Jaret’s career is a roadmap of milestones in our corporate history. Jaret was one of the three people who developed the business case for a head office of specialized divisions and services. Today we have a highly functioning team of specialists in place to support our properties. He also led development of our revenue management program, which we consider a key competitive advantage and one that has led to tremendous growth in market share. His re-design of accountabilities and business planning resulted in greater buy-in from the team and enhanced ability to execute our plans.

 

Our team appreciates Jaret’s ability to move quickly from strategic to operational, and to filter high volumes of “data” into useful information for many different audiences. Jaret is a firm believer in true collaboration and someone who’s happiest setting a new stretch goal.
