Jason brings an unusual background to our human resources program. Before receiving his CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation, he gained sixteen years of experience in operations with two major Canadian retailers. Jason has made our HR team the source of behind-the-scenes professional support that helps our associates get the most out of their business.
Known as someone who is objective, transparent, and direct, Jason asks questions thoughtfully and uses the answers to further his deep understanding of people and the business. Jason lives our values with his focus on building long-term relationships with internal and external customers.
