After working with Airline Hotels for two years as a consultant, Lana joined the company as CEO in January 2010. The effectiveness she delivered as a consultant, and her sincere fit with our values, made her a natural choice when our owners were recruiting a new CEO. In this role, she draws on her 21 years of experience with one of Saskatchewan’s largest corporations to establish corporate structure that supports further growth and greater efficiency. Lana has facilitated development of overarching strategy, new business processes, systems and technology, while building a team that matches the company’s stage of growth and future plans.
In one of her first steps as CEO, Lana introduced a survey to define the culture that’s so important to all Airline associates. She strongly believes that our constructive culture has been foundational to our record of success and must be perpetuated into the future. “Our culture makes our workplace fun,” as Lana says, “and it empowers associates to deliver exceptional service to our customers.”
