Public Area Cleaning

  • Frequent and scheduled cleaning public area cleaning of high touch points like lobby entry doors, elevator buttons, key cards, debit/credit transaction machines, and surfaces
  • Use of approved anti-viral chemicals only and hand sanitizer stations in public areas
  • Associate training and protocols for cleaning including use of ‘cleaning maps’ and wearing of protective gloves

Checking In and Out

  • Minimal contact check-in
  • A protective screen will provide a non-invasive barrier between guests and associates
  • Paperless check out continues to be available
  • Keyless entry is being introduced in some of our hotels
  • Only individually packaged snacks and reduced contact refreshments available in our lobbies

Guest Room Cleaning

  • Modified housekeeping services are in place to reduce contact
  • Only anti-viral chemicals used
  • Enhanced protocols for guest room cleaning between stays
  • Sterilization of high touch point areas and items guaranteed

Physical Distancing

  • Physical distancing guides and practices throughout our hotels allowing guests to gather while still maintaining safe distances in our lobbies and in our restaurants and lounges
  • Limited number of guests in our pools, recreation and fitness areas

Pools and Water Parks

  • There will be limited capacity in our pool and water park areas
  • Physical distancing guides and practices will be in place
  • High touch areas will be sanitized regularly

Food & Beverage Service

  • Increased spacing between tables, as well as reduced capacity in our food and beverage outlets so guests can gather but remain physically distanced
  • Changing menus to a cleanable material and be cleaned with anti-viral chemicals after each guest touch
  • Associates wear masks and gloves when providing service

Meetings and Events

  • We have modified our catering menus to include minimal contact food service offerings including box lunches, individually packaged food items, new preparation and service protocols, and additional individual plate service choices
  • Associates wear masks and gloves when providing service
  • Cleaning and sterilization of all meeting room touch points between groups
  • Physical distancing room set ups available

What We Ask Of Our Guests

  • Refrain from visiting the hotel is you are feeling unwell and have any symptoms of Covid-19
  • Advise us if you start to feel unwell during your stay
  • Respect the physical distancing guidelines
  • Wash or sanitize your hands frequently and cough or sneeze into your arm
